Prices and payment
Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL). When online payment is shown in the cart, orders under ₾20,000 are paid in full by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay on Bank of Georgia’s secure page. For orders of ₾20,000 or more you pay a 10% deposit online and the rest by bank transfer against our invoice. You can also order by WhatsApp or email and pay by bank transfer. We never see or store your card details.
Order confirmation
After you order, we confirm stock and delivery by phone or WhatsApp. An order counts as paid only when the bank confirms the payment.
Delivery
Pickup from our Tbilisi storage by appointment, or delivery within Georgia arranged with you. Delivery time and any delivery cost are agreed before shipping.
Returns and refunds
You can return an item bought online within 14 days of receiving it if it is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Contact us first. We refund to the same card or account within 14 days of receiving the item back. If we cannot deliver your order, we refund the deposit or payment in full.
Warranty
XAG products carry the manufacturer’s warranty on XAG’s terms. We do diagnostics and repair in Georgia.
Personal data
We use your name, phone and address only to process and deliver your order. Card payments are processed by Bank of Georgia; card details never reach us.
